The teacher will demonstrate and explain the slow movements for students to follow and practise. The emphasis is on learning by doing. A few movements will be taught at each session, plus an explanation of Chinese Tai Chi philosophy.

Students interested in the Continuing courses must have previously studied Tai Chi.

Deepen existing skills and learn variations of forms and new techniques of movement.

Learn the gentle art of Tai Chi Yang with an option to continue through to advanced classes as you progress

Leng Chaiwatanatorn was born in Thailand from Chinese parents. When he was young, He learned the Yang Style of Tai Chi from a very famous Tai Chi master, Tung Ing Chiek. Master Tung was a senior disciple of Master Yang Chen Fu, who was the founder of the traditional Yang Style. Leng has been teaching Tai Chi at the CAE since 1979.
