Using a series of movements and postures called forms, you utilise slow, flowing movement to develop your intrinsic energy. You gain awareness of the motions of muscles and joints, breathing and movement, and you experience the restorative effects of mindful exercise.

Please wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely. You will be required to remove your shoes so you may wish to wear socks or bring some with you.
