If you are unable to attend a course, we require at least four working days’ notice prior to the start date of the course. A $55 withdrawal fee applies for short course withdrawals. Short courses valued under $100 will only incur a $20 withdrawal fee. Refunds may take up to 15 working days to process. If you wish to transfer between courses, you are required to give at least four working days’ notice prior to the start date of the course in which you have enrolled. Please contact our customer service staff on 9652 0611 regarding course transfers.
CAE & Box Hill Institute reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. In the event of a cancellation, students will be notified two days’ before the scheduled start date and refunds will be provided. Refunds may take up to 15 working days. Classes are subject to sufficient enrolment numbers.
CAE & Box Hill Institute make every effort to ensure that information is correct at the time of publication. CAE & Box Hill Institute reserve the right to change or postpone courses, and to alter course schedules, locations, fees and teachers due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a personal emergency, sudden illness or accident you authorise CAE & Box Hill Institute to seek medical, hospital or ambulance services on your behalf and at your expense where CAE & Box Hill Institute (at their absolute discretion) consider it to be necessary or appropriate to do so. You agree that you will be solely responsible for any expenses associated with the provision of such services.
Other Important Information
CAE is required to apply the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on all courses not defined as an ‘educational course’ in the Goods and Services Tax Act 1998. All liable courses include the GST in the advertised fee. CAE reserves the right to change course schedules, locations, fees and teachers. Enrolled students will be notified of changes. CAE has been granted exemption from the Victorian Equal Opportunity Act 1995 (Exemption Nos. 8 and 36 of 1999) for courses targeted to specific groups.
