Course Summary

This short course has proven to be extremely popular with medium to small businesses for their in-house marketing and communications teams. They have discovered it to be the single most important missing piece in their overall marketing, media and communications activities. Writing Clear Communication Briefs takes you through the essential process of articulating the ‘what to say’ and identifying ‘who to say it to.’ The process teaches you:

  • How to distil information and data into knowledge and insight.
  • How to turn that into the key proposition.
  • How to organise the most relevant supporting points.
  • How to determine the intended response
  • And all of it distilled in to a one-page Comms Brief that brings everybody onto the same page.

This course is designed and delivered for freelance copywriters and in-house team members including marketing managers, product managers, media and communications writers and graphic designers.
