If you have ever tried learning a foreign language, you might have noticed that it is quite different from how children learn their mother tongues. Nonetheless, both processes share several similarities. Having a good understanding of their similarities and differences allows language learners to determine the best methods to approach this challenge, have realistic expectations, and gain confidence.
You will learn the basics of first and second language acquisition. The course is for language users interested in learning experiences that support language learning.
