Mark Dymiotis and his large garden at Hampton has been featured in a number of prestigious Australian Open Garden Scheme activities attracting thousands of visitors.

Drawing on his Mediterranean heritage, Mark has embraced the concept of the home wood fired oven as is certainly a pioneer in its use and often consulted by media for expert advice.

He has presented the wood fired oven course at CAE for many years.
