Start the day well! Practise basic postures for fitness, stress relief and clarity of mind. Suitable for beginners and more experienced yoga enthusiasts, this course will enhance your understanding and appreciation of yoga.  Casual classes also available.

Experienced yoga trainer, Louise Kyle, will guide students through a series of activities and techniques over the sessions.

Students will gain the benefit of each weekly session, as well as the ongoing benefit of continuing with these activities away from the classroom.

Please speak to your tutor prior to the first session if you have any health concerns or if you are pregnant.

Wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely. You will be required to remove your shoes so you may wish to wear socks or bring some with you.

Allow three to four hours after a large meal, one to two hours after a snack. Blankets and mats are provided, however you may prefer to bring your own.

About Yoga Trainer Louise Kyle

Louise Kyle has practised yoga for over 30 years, has yoga teacher certification (500 hours) and is currently studying yoga therapy (1000 hours). Being trained in the honoured T. Krishnamacharya school of yoga, Louise teaches a traditional yoga style, that seeks to meet each student’s needs. Louise has also worked as a tertiary teacher and researcher and in community development and project management in law, social justice and environment studies.
