This course will show you how to build your facial muscles, refine and polish your pronunciation and give you confidence speaking and communicating in large groups, one on one and on the telephone. For people who speak English as a second language at a reasonably fluent level.
Participants in this Business English speaking course will cover aspects of professional speaking, voice projection, pronunciation (stress and emphasis), diplomatic and persuasive speak, small talk, asking questions starting and ending conversations and using speech to influence and build relationships with others and so succeed at work.
This course also covers:
- Business idioms
- Phrasal Verbs
- Diplomatic speaking strategies
- Small talk
Students will gain valuable skills and practice in presenting and discussing ideas as well as revising grammar and perfecting their pronunciation.
Who is this course best suited to?
This course is designed for people who speak English as an Additional Language (EAL) and are looking to improve their speaking ability. It is perfect for existing workers, or those wishing to enter the workforce but feel their English needs improving. Also for anyone who wishes to improve their overall speaking skills in an English speaking professional environment.
