Course Summary
Arabic Elementary 4 is the continuing stage in the elementary sequence for learners of Modern Standard Arabic, designed for students who have successfully completed Arabic Elementary 3 and wish to consolidate their skills before advancing to the intermediate level. Continuing with the Mastering Arabic textbook alongside authentic supplemental materials, this course refines students’ command of grammar, expands thematic vocabulary, and introduces a wider range of expressions and idioms used in both formal and semi‑formal contexts. Learners will engage with richer and more nuanced written and spoken content, preparing them to interact with greater cultural sensitivity and linguistic precision.
Course Objectives and Structure

Develops greater fluency and accuracy in speaking, with increased emphasis on pronunciation, intonation, and spontaneous communication.

This course is ideal for students who have completed the first two levels and wish to continue developing their Arabic language skills using the same textbook.
