Start your career in the Fitness Industry at CAE – Melbourne’s leader in providing training for fitness instructors and personal trainers. Developing fitness professionals since 1997, CAE partners with Career Fitness to provide you with the skills to write and conduct safe and effective health and fitness programs.

This wealth of experience ensures that the information delivered is not only cutting edge, but is exactly what employers are looking for.

  • Part-time and full-time study options.
  • Become qualified as a Personal Trainer in 8 weeks (full-time) or 4 months (part-time).
  • Become qualified as a Gym Instructor in 12 weeks (full-time, plus a 40 hour work placement unit).
  • Maintain your registration with Fitness Australia and/or Kinect Fitness Australia with our CEC/PDP courses designed to further develop your skills as a fitness instructor and personal trainer.

Skills Recognition

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), and Recognition of Current Competencies (RCC) processes recognise your existing learning from work experience, life experience (eg. community work, hobbies) and other courses (eg. formal or informal training). They do this by matching your skills and knowledge against the course you are doing, or intend to do.
