2009 Courses
Certificate II in Applied Language is your first step in learning a language.
This qualification involves 200-250 hours of study.
- Certificate II in Applied Language 39042QLD.
Compulsory Units of Competency: LOTE2001, LOTE2002, LOTE2003, LOTE2004
- Certificate III in Applied Language 39043QLD.
Compulsory Units of Competency: LOTE3001, LOTE3002, LOTE3003, LOTE3004
- Certificate IV in Applied Language 39044QLD.
Compulsory Units of Competency: LOTE4001, LOTE4002, LOTE4003, LOTE4004
Certificate II consists of four units. Develop the oral and written skills to understand and interact with native
speakers in routine business, social and work situations. Gain valuable understanding of cultural factors that influence
behaviour, traditions and customs among native speakers.
CAE Languages has a strong reputation for teaching languages
to adults. CAE is a Registered Training Organisation and one of the few Victorian providers of the nationally accredited Certificates II,
III and IV in Applied Language.
Where this course might take you
Once you complete the Certificate II in Applied Language, you may
- progress to VCE level language study,
- study towards Certificates III [39043QLD] and IV [39044QLD] in Applied Language.
