Our experienced Yoga trainer demonstrates and encourages students to practise basic postures for fitness, stress relief and clarity of mind.
Suitable for beginners and more experienced yoga enthusiasts, these weekly classes are delivered in a safe and encouraging online environment.

Louise has practised yoga for over 30 years, has yoga teacher certification (500 hours) and is currently studying yoga therapy (1000 hours).
Being trained in the honoured T. Krishnamacharya school of yoga, Louise teaches a traditional yoga style, that seeks to meet each student’s needs.
Louise has also worked as a tertiary teacher and researcher and in community development and project management in law, social justice and environment studies.
Please wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely.
