Join experienced Yoga tutor Elaine Haby who will demonstrate and introduce you to basic postures for fitness, stress relief and clarity of mind. Suitable for both the beginner and the more experienced yoga enthusiast.
Students will gain the benefit of each session, as well as the ongoing benefit of continuing with these activities away from the classroom.
Tutor Elaine Haby has been teaching yoga at all levels for over 20 years. Elaine trained in Sivananda yoga (Melbourne) and has also studied in India. She is an experienced, full time yoga teacher and places emphasis on breathing and relaxation techniques that students can learn and apply for themselves when they want to.
There is no prerequisite for enrolling in this course.
Please speak to your tutor prior to the first session if you have any health concerns or if you are pregnant.
Please wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely. You will be required to remove your shoes so you may wish to wear socks or bring some with you.
Blankets and mats are provided, however you may prefer to bring your own.
