Writer’s Workshop – general
An introductory course to develop your creative writing skills. Discuss ideas, share your writing and participate in feedback. Learn the elements of storytelling including:
- Story structure, formulas and language techniques
- Character development
- Writing dialogue
- Types of writing
Prerequisite: moderate literacy skills to participate in reading and writing activities
Runs: Wednesdays 10 – 2.30
Term 3 13th July to 14th September
Term 4 5th October to 30th November
Cost: Concession: $29.60 or Full Fee: $98.40

Writer’s Workshop – digital storytelling
Designed for people with a cognitive or intellectual disability to learn the basics of storytelling using digital media.
Students will use a variety of different media to improve both technical skills and writing skills.
Runs: Wednesdays 10.00am – 2.30pm, 13th July to 14th September
