Learn how to make Vietnam’s favourite traditional noodle soup, Pho!  From the rare beef, brisket and rich broth of a flavour packed beef pho, the lighter yet just as delicious broth and shredded meat of a chicken pho, to the homemade dipping sauce and vegetable pickle accompaniments.
