Pickling and preserving is a great way of using bulk ingredients for later use, as gifts for others, or simply a creative way of conserving fruit and vegetables. Discover a range of preserving techniques including pickled cucumber, dill pickle slaw, beetroot relish, raw orange jam and spiced strawberry jam.
