Course Summary

Delicious, wholesome pies are the ultimate comfort food.  Chef Simone Mancin reveals the secrets for making fabulous buttery pie crust that can be used as a base for creating an endless variety of delicious pies, quiches and tarts.  Join Simone to make classic beef and burgundy pie; broccoli, pancetta and blue cheese quiche; chicken and mushroom pot pie; roast vegetable and goats cheese tart; and warm apple galette.
