• Suggesting , rejecting and negotiating using reasons;
• Asking permission and prohibition;
• Shopping using pronouns and colours;
• Food-choosing what you want to eat and cook;
• Passing on telephone messages, using indirect questions.
Course Summary
This course is designed for people who want to develop further their understanding and communication skills in Korean derived from everyday situations and functions of real-life with cultural insight. The content is presented in a practical and variable, and opportunities are constantly provided for students to communicate in Korean, and can be applied to practical situations.

By the end of this course students should be able to:
• Make appointments and plan trips;
• Ask what others think of/about something;
• Suggest, reject, and negotiate/discuss opinions;
• Shop for various goods using a variety of vocabulary, especially adjectives;
• Pass on messages using indirect speech.
Korean Intermediate 1 or the equivalent of about 135 hours of previous study.
