Communication Topics:

  • Talking about the past;
  • What you like doing and what you have to do;
  • Talking about what you can do.

Grammar Topics:

  • Consolidation of the declensions of adjectives and their different uses;
  • Consolidation of the use of the subjunctive;
  • Expansion on simple past tense with regular and irregular verbs;
  • Introduction of regular verbs in past imperfect tense.

On completion of Greek Elementary 5 students will be:

  • Able to use simple and continuous past tense in order to refer and describe past everyday events;
  • Competent in saying what they like doing and what they have to do;
  • Competent in saying what they can do.

Pre-requisite: Greek: elementary 3 or the equivalent of 54 hours of study.
