Course Summary

Learn to breathe without effort, both at rest and during physical activity.

Experienced Feldenkrais trainer, Ralph Hadden, focuses on gentle and easy to adopt movements of the mouth, tongue, neck, shoulders, back, ribs, diaphragm and abdomen.

You will develop techniques that can become part of your daily health routine for ongoing self-maintenance and improvement. Suitable for all ages and levels.

During the session you will learn to:

  • Release unconscious habits of tension and restriction.
  • Discover your sliding sternum.
  • Massage your chest from the inside using your breath
  • Learn techniques and principles for ongoing self-maintenance, injury prevention and injury recovery

Ralph Hadden is an experienced Feldenkrais trainer with many years teaching experience. Ralph presents a range of Feldenkrais courses at CAE throughout the year.
