This class concerns utilising Facebook for business purposes. Using Facebook for Business is different from having a personal Facebook page although there is some crossover by way of the interface. This is a course that focuses on assisting introductory users to utilise Facebook for Business, and is not suitable for advanced social media users.

Learners need to have:

  • Basic computer skills - attaching photos to emails, using internet browsers, and how to basically use/log in to Facebook
  • A personal Facebook account, and its username & password (Sign up for your free account at www.facebook.com prior to the class). *** You must know your Facebook password prior to attending.
  • Pen & paper/notebook for note taking
