The Executive Personal Assistant is a critical link between the executive and the internal and external customers. The workshop explores the boundaries of this person’s authority and responsibility and how to negotiate their role to manage a multiple manager situation if necessary.

Award-Winning Jacquie Wise has been in private practice since 1979, as a management consultant and trainer, psychotherapist and coach.  Her broad background enables Jacquie to add unique dimensions to her courses in written and verbal communication, leadership and diplomacy, public speaking, confidence and personal wellbeing. Her course ‘Confident Conversations’ is one of the longest-running courses in the history of the CAE.

As an author of personal-development books, Jacquie has been frequently featured on national radio and television.
