Rita Varelas is an experienced Nutrition Consultant, specialising in healthy, alternative food styles. 

Rita offers a range of courses including her popular Healthy Eating & Lifestyle Workshop, Sugar Free Baking, Paleo Cooking, Vegan and more.

There is no prerequisite. Students with specific dietary requirements should contact CAE on 9652 0611 prior to the commencement of the course to discuss.
