Liz Ede has designed a follow on course for the experienced student, designed to stimulate the mind and body by learning a variety of exercises using dumb-bells to help strengthen muscles and project joints. Learn a variety of exercises that will help strengthen muscle and boost bone density and challenge yourself further with more complex multi-focus exercises which combine strength, co-ordination and balance. The emphasis is on safety and correct technique.
