Course Summary

Learn the basics of cake making with Nutritionist Rita Varelas. Be guided in how to expertly create classic cakes, such as butter, sponge, mud and flourless cakes. Learn the steps and stages of the art of baking, from the perfect batter, to icing and filling.

Rita Varelas is an experienced Nutritionist, specialising in healthy, alternative food styles.
