Join Rita Varelas in this inspiring cooking demonstration designed with allergy-free altenatives in mind. Whether you are cooking for yourself, someone else with special dietary needs, or simply looking to expand your weeknight meal repertoire, nutritionist Rita Varelas offers dietary advice and suggestions for everyday meal planning.  All recipes demonstrated are gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free.

– Tropical fruit smoothie

– Red Pesto Chicken Salad

– Chimichurri Salmon

– Hidden Vegetable Chunky Bolognaise

– Apple Crumble with Coconut Custard

Students will learn how to prepare gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free recipes which can be easily incorporated into everyday meals.

Rita Varelas is an experienced Nutritionist, specialising in healthy, alternative food styles.
