Course Summary

Bruno Zielke, long-time member of the Astronomical Society of Victoria presents an informative and thought-provoking examination of the universe. Just what is the Universe made of – Dark Energy? Dark Matter? Us?

How are the elements that make up life created in stars and supernova? Why do stars end their life in spectacular explosions and collapse into black holes? These and other fascinating questions about the Universe will be answered.

 

Presented By:

Bruno has been a member of the Astronomical Society of Victoria for many years, with special interest in cosmology and quantum physics. He regularly presents at Astronomical conference on subjects of cosmology. Bruno holds a computer science and applied mathematics degree (RMIT).
