CAE’s Health and Wellbeing Department offers short and government accredited courses
in fitness & movement and natural therapies. They promote a holistic approach to health,
fitness and vitality and are based on the belief of the body’s enormous power to balance
and heal itself. CAE Health and Wellbeing offers hands-on activities with real results,
focusing on both inner and outer health for the individual. Our accredited courses are
available for training as a gymnasium instructor, personal trainer and yoga teacher.

Skills Recognition
Skills Recognition allows for students to have previous formal and informal study, work and life experience taken into account for the course in which they are enrolling.
CAE Staff can assess your existing skills through a recognition process. This process determines whether or not you are already competent in some of the subject areas or
competences covered in the course. CAE's Skills Recognition information sheet outlines the requirements in more detail.
