This course has been designed for the beginner with little or no drawing experience. The course is a mix of theory and practical activities to learn basic drawing skills, that will provide a solid base for the student to either continue development at home or perhaps explore the option of other more advanced or specialist drawing courses.

Students will be given basic information/theory, as well as practical opportunity to put that theory into practice with a series of basic exercises during the day. Students are encouraged to ask questions as they go along.

All materials are provided on the day at no additional cost. You may like to bring a sketching pad – spiral bound, A3 size to keep work in one place.

The theme of the course is relaxed and supportive – there is no prerequisite and is certainly suited to the keen beginner.
